Overview:

Silver and fine-grained silver exhibit extremely high electrical and thermal conductivity, as well as low and stable contact resistance. They are easy to process and have excellent weldability. Fine-grained silver, due to the addition of a small amount of nickel to silver, boasts higher strength and better temperature resistance than pure silver under nearly identical contact resistance conditions. Consequently, it demonstrates superior resistance to welding and better ability to withstand arc erosion compared to pure silver.
